Zackary Gibson brings over 25 years of management and leadership experience to his positions as Chief Child Advocate and Director of the Office of Adoption and Child Protection for the State of Florida. He has an extensive background serving children and families and has held multiple positions within education and juvenile justice systems in Florida, Texas and Pennsylvania. He has a passion for engaging youth to help them meet their full potential.
